After years of swearing off coffee, I was finally successful in getting Jackson to become a coffee lover while we lived in Frankfurt. He’s now 10x the coffee snob that I am and our kitchen is full of craft coffee tools and pour overs and single-origin beans and other things that I only kind of understand.
