PHOTOGRAPHY
I’ve had so many people come to me over the years wondering how to learn to take “good photos”. Most of them recognize they need to up their photo game but don’t take into account upping their editing game!
Every mom that I know has a camera roll full of photos of their kids on their phones, and who could blame us?! We have adorable children doing adorable things and how could we not take photos of them all day long? Most moms don’t have trouble thinking to take pictures of their kids, but many moms that I know aren’t fully satisfied with how the photos they’re taking turn out.
If you’ve ever had a professional photo shoot done of your family, then you know exactly what I mean. You search for the perfect photographer that captures your style, you figure out a date that works and then you start thinking through outfits. Who will wear what? What style should you go for? How many layers? How do you balance coordinating but not being “matchy”?
I can’t tell you how many moms I’ve talked to in the past couple of years asking about what camera and equipment they should buy to document their families. I really appreciate this, because I so highly value documenting every season of life. I’m here to help everyone out there that is looking for the best DSLR camera for moms.
